You people at HOme Again did not do your job whatsoever! They did not report to ANYONE the loss of my dog! I am truly sorry but I am no longer going to micro chip my dog with you people again. NO posters where sent other than the ones I sent out. I am sick... Bear was my life. Now I have spent well over $25,000 trying to get him back. For the Home Again service they did nothing!!!!! Going to forward this to everyone that is on the mailing list that I have gotten put together. I am OUTRAGGGED BY THIS!
So you think that Home Again does such a great job. In December 2006 I reported to them and everyone else including the AKC about my dog. Then when I called you again in July of 2007 you told me that I needed to UPGRADE my account for them to do that! I did upgrade and paid for it. Then now it is 2/6/08 and you still have not done ONE THING ABOUT IT! I would honestly say this is not such a good service!
I will never see my dog again because of you people at HOME AGAIN.
